The May 2-4 weekend is upon us, and with many Ontarians celebrating the (hopefully) warmer weather, there will likely be a drink in hand.

But now, fans can crack open a cold one while also heating up a hot one, as fans of beloved KD can get their free hand on a free 24-pack of KD cups.
“KD has been a Canadian icon for the past 80 years and we wanted to celebrate Canada’s unofficial start to summer in a way that only KD can,” Brian Neumann, head of brand communication at Kraft Heinz Canada, said in a statement.
“As many Canadians head to the cottage for the long weekend in May, stopping at the Beer Store for their 2-4 is an unheralded tradition.”
The tasty collaboration is available at locations throughout the GTA and cottage country beginning Friday.

“When KD approached us with this idea, we knew immediately it would be very fitting for our customers and a celebration of two beloved Canadian brands as we kick off summer,” Natasha McVie, director of marketing at The Beer Store, added.
“A limited-time customized ‘2-4’ of KD mac n’ cheese cups is so clever, and we are excited to bring this fun to our stores across Ontario.”
Toronto, Hamilton, Mississauga, Barrie, Collingwood, Huntsville and Gravenhurst are among the many locations stocking up on the KD 2-4s, providing the perfect snack this long weekend whether fans are picking it up on their way out of town or staying local — while supplies last, of course.
